Pancakes (and bacon and CHOCOLATE, oh my!) a hit at JU finals week breakfast

     

THEY TAKE THE CAKE: Studying for exams on an empty stomach simply wasn’t on the late-night menu for hundreds of Jacksonville University students who lined-up Monday, Dec. 10 at Riverview Cafe on campus. Staff and faculty members and administrators (including JU President Kerry Romesburg) served mass quantities of pancakes with the requisite complements — bacon, sausage, eggs, grits and hash browns. To complete the feast, chocolate poured from a fondue fountain, serving as a scrumptious topping for the fresh strawberries that Sodexo had on hand for the popular end-of-the-semester JU tradition.
