JU Davis College of Business hosts panel discussion on workplace diversity, transcultural leadership

 

The Jacksonville University Davis College of Business, the Deutsche Bank Multi-Cultural Partnership and Women on Wall Street teamed up to host a panel discussion March 19 on current issues and trends regarding diversity in the workplace and transcultural leadership. About 100 people attended the discussion, which was followed by a question-and-answer session.

Panel members were Dr. Don Capener, JU Davis College of Business dean; Dr. Julius Demps, JU assistant professor of management; Lelia Duncan, CEO of Community Connections; Marla Matson-Quattrone, Cathedral Arts; Terry Coleman, Deutsche Bank director of business control; and Wallette Stanford, JEA senior executive.
