Jacksonville University has optimistic hopes for shovels turning and cranes working “sooner rather than later” on the new College of Health Sciences building, according to new JU President Tim Cost. The building is part of a $20 million plan to enlarge and improve the COHS, which has seen enrollment explode in nursing and other degree programs. As part of the $85 million ASPIRE comprehensive campaign, the COHS also plans to add master’s degrees in Speech Therapy (2014), Occupational Therapy (2016), Health Executive Leadership (2014) and Health Information Management (2015).
