COME OUT AND SUPPORT JU BASKETBALL GREAT ARTIS GILMORE. JU’s own Artis Gilmore will be publicly honored at the arena where his JU jersey was officially retired in a private ceremony last night. Gilmore, who led the Dolphins to the NCAA championship game in 1970 and went on to have an outstanding career in the NBA, will be joined by basketball giants Julius “Dr. J” Erving, Rick Barry, George Gervin, David Thompson and Christian Laettner.
