DOT: Mathews Bridge expected to reopen Nov. 2

The Mathews Bridge, which has been closed for repairs since being struck by a military ship Sept. 26, is expected to be fully operational by Nov. 2, Florida Department of Transportation officials said in a public informational meeting Tuesday, Oct. 15, at Jacksonville University.
