Weird Romance: Two One-Act Musicals of Speculative Fiction

Described as speculative fiction in two acts, Weird Romance tackles topics not usually explored in romantic comedy. Science fiction and romance combine to create a very interesting evening of theatre. The score is by Alan Menken, who also wrote timeless classics including Little Shop of Horrors, Aladdin, Beauty and the Beast, and The Little Mermaid.

Weird Romance opens Nov. 6 at the Swisher Theater at Jacksonville University.
