Ross Named April Employee of the Month

Joel Ross, PC technician in Information Technology, has been named Jacksonville University’s April Employee of the Month for outstanding customer-service and commitment to the University.

“Joel goes above and beyond to provide superior customer-service with a positive attitude and a smile,” said Nicole Sayers, coordinator of educational programs. “Regardless of how long his “to-do” list may be, he always makes time to help us when we encounter computer problems. Whether it is a complex issue or something as basic as re-connecting a cable, we can always count on him to keep our computers up and running.”
