JU music theater student Victoria Miller making a media splash even before she starts classes

Jacksonville University incoming student Victoria Miller was touted as a “triple threat” on TV Monday, July 22, as the music theater major discussed her role in the University of South Florida’s Broadway Theatre Project.

FOX 13 “Good Day Tampa Bay” reporter Charley Belcher highlighted the USF summer program, focusing in on Miller and two others taking part.

Miller, who will seek her Bachelor of Fine Arts at JU, is in her third year at the Broadway Theatre Project, and told Belcher about her experience.

“I love it … because of the faculty mostly,” she said. “They teach me so much. This year I’m an intern and help with routines and get all their paperwork done for them, which is fun. I can help them pick classes.”

Belcher pointed out all three participants’ “triple threat” backgrounds in dancing, singing and acting, telling viewers: “I just want people at home to take a good look at these faces; one of them is bound to be famous eventually — maybe all three, you never know.”
