JU Campus Campaign gathering momentum; more prizes to be awarded

The 2012 Campus Campaign, a movement to courage JU employees to give to the University, will continue through the month of November. JU staff, faculty and administration may make a gift to the JU Fund or another area of their choosing during November to be eligible for another drawing of prizes from the JU bookstore.

Here’s a new video that illustrates what your support means to one of JU’s great students, dance major Marissa Garcia of Land O’ Lakes, Fla., who says: “I’m affected directly by the giving of these amazing people … It opens opportunities that might not have been there.”

Here’s what senior Bryan LaRoche has to say about what your support means to him!

Staff, faculty and administrators who turned in donor forms by the Nov. 2 “Turn-In Day” event at Davis Student Commons were eligible for prizes from the bookstore. The following people won prizes: Anne Acker, Gordon Arbogast, Carole Barnett, Susan Bonfanti, Brian Copham, Heather Downs, David Farraday, DaVina Hamilton, David Montez, Michael Nancarrow, Diana Peaks, Peter Ryan, Breanne Simkin, Nancy Srock, Erick Stover, Laura Taylor, Carl Thomas and Mary Werner.

There will be another drawing at the end of November. To be eligible, turn in your Campus Campaign form to University Advancement on the third floor of the Howard Administration Building.
