JU alum, food retailer Mike Sims opening four Your Pie pizza chain stores

Jacksonville University graduate Mike Sims (class of 1991) recently opened the first of what he expects to be four Jacksonville-area Your Pie (www.yourpie.com) casual pizza chain locations in Fleming Island.

He has food retailing experience at Nabisco, Promo Depot and Acosta.
