One of the most-anticipated events on campus every year is our Annual Employee Appreciation Day, when we honor employees for their many contributions to JU. Mark your calendar now to be with us at noon Friday, Oct. 4, on the Science Green. At this year’s event, we are:

·         Honoring 52 employees for their years of service (guess who has 30 years of service?)

·         Honoring 12 employees who received degrees from JU!

·         Honoring a surprise employee who has been nominated by our students for going the extra mile to provide outstanding service

Come join President Cost as he hosts this fun annual event. Enjoy grilled chicken sandwiches and grilled hamburgers, hot dogs, garden burgers, Cole slaw, baked beans, brownies, cookies and more. Enjoy live smooth jazz music and receive a free gift! Great door prizes this year include a cash award of $100, various gift cards, JU men and women’s watches, and more. In addition, there will be free chair massages! Last year, more than 300 employees attended!
